This page says plainly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.
If you use our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, role, portfolio details, and your message. That's the only information this site asks you for.
Like nearly every website, our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google's servers see a standard font request when the page loads. We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics, and use no advertising pixels or trackers on this site.
Contact submissions are used for exactly one thing: replying to you. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list, a drip sequence, or a database of prospects. We keep inquiries the way any business keeps its correspondence; if you'd like yours deleted, ask and we'll delete it.
Two service providers process data on our behalf: Postmark delivers our email, and DigitalOcean hosts this site. Both act under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it to train anything.
FreshPorch's work involves reviewing leasing conversations on behalf of our property-operator clients. For that data, our commitments are structural:
It stays the client's. Prospect and conversation data we process belongs to the client we process it for. We act as a service provider, on written instructions, under a data-processing agreement.
We never sell it, share it across clients, or use it for anything but the engagement. One client's conversations never inform another client's service.
We never create biometric identifiers. We review call transcripts; we do not build voiceprints or use voice data to identify individuals.
It doesn't outlive the engagement. Retention follows the engagement agreement, and data is deleted or returned when an engagement ends.
Want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Write to us — a person will handle it, usually within a few business days. If you're a rental prospect whose conversation data we processed for a property operator, we'll route your request to that operator, who controls the data, and help them resolve it.
We're a young company and this policy will mature — including formal review by counsel as our client engagements grow. When it changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
